At Julia Napolitani, we offer a variety of products including digital products, print-on-demand products, and Amazon affiliate products. Refunds depend on the product type, as described below.
1. Digital Products
No Refunds: Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase and are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions:
Technical issues accessing or downloading the product. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
Defective products or items not as described. We may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
2. Print-on-Demand Products
Refunds for Defective Items: Refunds or exchanges are issued for defective items, such as misprints, wrong color or size, or damaged products.
Request Timeframe: All refund/exchange requests must be made within 10 days of purchase.
No Refunds for Customer Errors: No refunds will be issued for ordering the wrong size, style, or color.
Review Orders Carefully: Check your order before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies in your order confirmation email.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
