How long will my order take?

Most items on our website are produced on-demand. Once an order is placed, we usually complete the product in 4–8 business days.

In some cases, we may experience a high volume of orders, or your item may be a special-order garment, which could take longer. Pre-orders are typically produced 7–10 days after the store closes and distributed soon after.

How will I know when my order is ready?

We send two emails for every order:

1. Confirmation of your order with the details.

2. Notification when your order is shipped or ready for pickup.

Can I get a refund or exchange my product?

We issue refunds for defective items, including:

• Misprints

• Wrong color or size

• Holes in the garment

Refund or exchange requests must be made within 20 days of purchase.

Note: We cannot provide refunds for mistakes outside our control, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or style. Please review your order carefully before checkout. We also send an email with your order details immediately after purchase—contact us promptly if there are discrepancies.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to change size or color, contact [email protected].
We can usually make changes if the order has not yet gone to printing. Once printing begins, we cannot adjust sizes or issue refunds.

Pre-order questions

When will I receive my pre-order?
Pre-ordered items are typically produced 7–10 days after the store closes. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup or delivery. If distribution is handled by a coach or organization leader, we notify you once the order is ready, but it will be handed off to the organizer.

I missed a pre-order! What can I do?

Ordering on time
We clearly state the store’s closing date. Accurate counts are needed a few days before printing, and vendors require exact orders. Delays frustrate everyone and reflect poorly on the organizer and J.Carroll.

Short window after closing
Depending on the store setup, a brief window may exist after closing. If you contact us during that period, we may accommodate your order. You will receive an invoice, and your item will enter the print queue.

Alternative printing options
If the short window has passed, we may offer alternative printing methods depending on the artwork. Contact [email protected] to explore your options.
